The purpose of the company is the acquisition, holding, management, and sale of participations in Swiss or foreign companies of any kind, with the exception of participations in real estate, which are prohibited under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which they are directly or indirectly involved, either through loans and/or other financing. The company may provide securities of any kind for its own liabilities or the liabilities of the aforementioned persons, including through pledges, assignments, fiduciary transfers, guarantees of any kind, or through compensation obligations, whether for a fee or not, even if such financing, securities, or guarantees are solely in the interest of companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, or of direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which they are directly or indirectly involved. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, or sell real estate to the extent permitted under the Wealth Tax Act. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are related to the purpose of the company.
