The Foundation is non-profit. The purpose of the Foundation is to support or carry out philanthropic and charitable projects in the following areas, whether in Switzerland or elsewhere in the world: To assist children in need and/or organizations that care for children in need in order to promote their development, particularly through access to education, sports activities, medical care, a safe environment, and proper nutrition. To assist people in need and/or organizations that help people in need for specific causes determined by the Foundation's Board. To contribute to the protection of nature and animals. The founder reserves the right to modify the purpose of the Foundation. This modification may occur when at least ten (10) years have passed since the establishment of the Foundation or the last modification made at the request of the founder. This right is inalienable and does not pass to the founder's heirs.
