to promote the development of international law for the realization of greater social justice among states and peoples as well as within internal societies. In pursuit of its purpose, the foundation undertakes, inter alia, the following activities: awarding prizes to recent doctoral theses or monographs; granting research or publication scholarships; and organizing and/or financing conferences, colloquia or other academic activities. In accordance with its purpose, the foundation carries out its activities in Geneva, Switzerland and internationally. No activity is intended to generate revenue, subject to ancillary activities that enable the foundation to achieve its purpose, without prejudice to the collection of donations.
