To conserve and promote the work of the Paris School painter Isaac Antcher and make it accessible to the public, particularly through exhibitions; to assemble a collection of works by Isaac Antcher and artists related to his work and influences, particularly through donations, purchases, and loans, while also seeking to obtain the copyrights related to the works received as donations; to support and promote everything related to Isaac Antcher, his life, his work, his references, his sources, his places of life, his influences, in order to allow the widest knowledge of his work and the cultural and artistic movements to which he belonged or participated (notably the Paris School and its influences, Expressionism, Jewish art, religious art, Italian and Slavic influences, Modern Art, and the Old Masters); to promote, make accessible, and raise awareness among the public about the Paris School, its references, and influences; to create and operate one or more museums to make public the work of Isaac Antcher and, more generally, the Paris School, its references, and influences; to lend and borrow works, organize exhibitions, conferences, and events, publish, conduct research on authenticity or provenance for third parties, support and conclude partnerships with organizations or institutions pursuing similar goals; to hold commercial real estate properties abroad and/or in Switzerland, but only of a commercial nature in Switzerland, and to hold intellectual property rights, particularly resulting from its publications (cf. founding act for complete purpose).
