Fondation Appartements des Vignolans

The foundation's purpose is: to rent to retired or mobility-impaired individuals the apartments it has built at the time of its establishment or may build in the future; to provide special services that make the apartments attractive, taking into account the age and mobility of its tenants; to develop and maintain privileged relationships with the Mon Repos institution; and in general, to manage and administer the said apartments, either directly or through organizations created for this purpose. To the extent that it serves the above purpose, the foundation may establish regulations defining its various activities; these regulations must be approved by the supervisory authority.
