To aid in the knowledge and dissemination of the study of Talmudic law as well as the rules of conduct derived from the Talmud ("Halakha") and to promote their deepening. In this context, the foundation works, inter alia, on the development and publication of works related to "Halakha". The foundation is open to all those who wish to learn and better understand Talmudic law, in its historical, academic and practical dimensions. The foundation carries out a public utility activity of a cultural, educational and scientific nature and deploys its resources in order to achieve its objectives in the best possible way. The founder reserves the right to modify the purpose and/or the organization of the Foundation in accordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
