Fondation Charles Neuhaus

The foundation operates a diverse museum of history, art and archaeology in the properties Schüsspromenade 24, 24a, 26 and 28 and Seevorstadt 52, 54 and 56 - possibly in collaboration with partner organizations and possibly in other buildings in Biel. The foundation manages its properties in the interest of long-term preservation of the museum and its premises. The exterior appearance of the buildings Schüsspromenade 26 and 28 may not be altered. In a hall of the museum, called Charles Neuhaus-Verdan Hall, the portraits of the family of the founder, Mrs. Dora Neuhaus, are exhibited.
