to enhance the value of the Clarté building, located at rue St-Laurent 2-4 in Geneva, designed by Charles-Edouard Jeanneret, known as Le Corbusier, and Pierre Jeanneret, classified as a historic monument (MS-c 210, decision of the State Council of November 12, 1986), a work inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List; to this end, it may in particular: promote the presentation of the building, notably by organizing visits and exhibitions and supporting the realization of studies and publications dedicated to the Clarté building or more generally to Le Corbusier; acquire and transfer co-ownership shares of the Clarté building and all other assets, documents, and archives related to the said building; finance the restoration and maintenance work of the building, in particular in connection with its co-ownership obligations; collaborate with authorities or other foundations and private or public organizations concerned with enhancing this collective heritage.
