to maintain and develop the Museum of the Hand located in its premises, of which it has free use in building no. 21 on rue du Bugnon, Lausanne, in accordance with the agreement with the State of Vaud of November 27, 1996, and to promote in parallel the study of the Hand in all its aspects; to develop in its premises or externally, alone or in collaboration with other partners, activities promoting scientific and medical culture with the aim of raising awareness among the entire population and particularly young people to the development of constructive debate, mutual understanding and interaction between the scientific world and civil society.
