The foundation engages exclusively in public utility activities, it has no profit-making purpose and does not aim to make any gains. The foundation's assets and income serve exclusively and irrevocably to achieve the foundation's purpose. The foundation is entitled to carry out all activities necessary to achieve its goals. It may create other foundations or legal entities. It may acquire real estate.
