To concretely commit to a transdisciplinary approach in mental health, notably psychedelic-assisted therapy. The Foundation thus brings together researchers, doctors, therapists, and other experts, notably from traditional medicine, actively integrating patients into governance and these various activities. The Foundation can notably create and develop a center dedicated to this transdisciplinary approach (hereinafter the Center), integrating training, research, and therapy, in accordance with ethical and legal standards and in a secure framework. The Center is intended to serve as a replicable model and to inspire the emergence of similar initiatives, in Switzerland and/or abroad. The Foundation keeps abreast of the evolution of scientific and holistic knowledge, contributing to the improvement of practices. The Foundation collaborates with national and international institutions and partners sharing its values, notably within the framework of research projects, transdisciplinary exchanges, and specialized training. The Foundation can undertake any legal activity enabling it to achieve its purpose, by developing training programs and facilitating the emergence of new practices based on rigorous scientific and empirical approaches. In particular, it will be able to host, constitute, or advise other centers or projects aligned with its objectives and values. The Foundation does not pursue a profitable purpose.
