The foundation's purpose is: a) to provide regular or occasional grants to members of the founder's family who bear and will bear the name de Neufville, regardless of their degree of kinship with the founder, but excluding persons formally excluded by the will; b) to assist the founder's former servants and persons closely related to his family who are or will be in need of assistance; c) to subsidize the de Neufville Family Foundation in Frankfurt am Main, as long as there are still members of the de Neufville family who are part of it; d) to ensure the conservation and regulate the use of paintings, works of art, antique furniture, and style objects that are the property of the foundation; e) to provide for the maintenance of the de Neufville family graves; f) to administer the shares of the estate of Madame Marie de Neufville née de Guaita, which, according to her will, must be placed under separate administration during the lifetime of her children.
