To build and operate in Tignousa, in the municipality of Saint-Luc, an astronomy observatory called "Observatoire François-Xavier-Bagnoud"; to operate the Chemin des Planètes in Saint-Luc; to operate the Stellarium of Saint-Luc; to assume ownership or title to these assets, to maintain and manage them; to develop and promote interest in astronomy and knowledge in this field among young people and the general public, by making its heritage available and by organizing conferences, exhibitions, seminars or by any other means suitable to achieve this goal.
