Referring to the documents entitled 'Fondation pour la Chapelle de Marly-le-Petit par Révérend Dom Rodolphe Vionet' of October 31, 1665, and 'Fondatio Capellae in Marlie Minori' of July 17, 1666, the foundation's purpose is the conservation and maintenance of the Sainte-Anne Chapel located in Marly (article 1175 of the Land Register of the Commune of Marly) in order to ensure its perpetuity as well as the organization of twelve masses to be celebrated annually on the first Wednesday of each month in memory of the Saints whose portraits are suspended in the aforementioned chapel. The Foundation may carry out any operation intended to achieve this purpose, in particular acquire real estate from entities affiliated with the Church, contract mortgage or chirographic loans, solicit and receive official or private subsidies, conclude agreements or contracts with public or private organizations. If a public law corporation is also required to provide services similar to those of the Foundation, the latter only intervenes on a subsidiary basis. The Foundation does not pursue any lucrative or commercial purpose.
