The foundation aims to: a. ensure by all means at its disposal the development and improvement of the tourist infrastructure of the Montreux station, which includes the municipalities of Montreux and Veytaux; b. create, take over and manage all tourist establishments or installations or those with a predominantly tourist character and participate or collaborate in these operations; c. acquire, subscribe and redeem all shares, social shares of companies, associations or institutions pursuing a purpose that falls within the scope of letter a) above.
