In respect of the principles of equal human dignity, non-discrimination and joint responsibility, to promote social cohesion and associative life in the city of Neuchâtel and the region; to provide affordable premises for associations to develop their self-organization capacity and to emerge alternative and creative solutions to the multiple challenges of social life; to this end, may acquire, sell and exchange buildings, construct and operate buildings, manage premises and in general carry out all commercial operations dictated by its purpose.
