To enable the annual award, from the income of the foundation capital that cannot be touched, of a prize intended to reward a student of Vaud origin or resident in Sainte-Croix, attending the schools of this municipality, who has made the most progress throughout their schooling; to improve the conditions of school life for students; to promote language exchanges; to grant subsidies to study camps and trips and to award special prizes to particularly deserving students.
