The foundation's purpose is to meet the needs of the population in terms of care for highly dependent individuals within the cantonal framework, based on geriatric, advanced-age psychiatric or dependency-related missions due to severe disabling illnesses entrusted to it. The construction and operation of medical-social facilities, protected apartments with care centers, day centers or specialized homes, as well as all activities that enable the fulfillment of its mission, are part of the foundation's scope of action. To achieve this purpose, the foundation may acquire or dispose of any property, build any building, establish, modify or delete any real right such as mortgage, easement and distinct and permanent right.
