To support any educational, cultural or social purpose, prioritizing the spirit of openness and the reformed tradition of the founder. At the time of the foundation's creation, it took over the management of the private French-language school resulting from the negotiations that led to the dissolution of the ELPF founded in 1836. The foundation exploits the buildings allocated to it as initial capital by making them mainly available to training structures, in particular the Ecole libre publique (German-language kindergarten and primary school) and the private kindergarten and primary school, both of which were founded by the founder, through rental contracts. It helps the Reformed parish of Fribourg to organize denominational teaching in its buildings. The foundation exclusively pursues non-profit activities of public utility. In reference to the new provisions of foundation law, art. 86 lit. a CC, the founder reserves the right, in the procedure provided for by law, to modify the foundation's original purpose.
