to enable and develop all that contributes to promoting actions with a philanthropic, educational, social, humanitarian or cultural character common to European Protestant institutions (Churches, works, movements and other institutions) that wish to do so, to provide moral and financial support to these institutions, to initiate any project of general interest in line with the objectives of these institutions; its interventions may be extended to any action carried out outside Switzerland by these institutions as well as to any international solidarity enterprise.
