The founder, Ahron G. FRENKEL (hereinafter: the Founder), intends to recognize, ensure, encourage and develop the art of entrepreneurship and celebrate human potential for the good, by encouraging, promoting, supporting and rewarding any expression of this art by individuals and organizations worldwide. The Foundation operates in Switzerland and around the world. The purpose of the Foundation is: To support, popularize and encourage activities and enterprises that promote the development of an entrepreneurial spirit within European and Asian Jewish communities and other communities. To ensure, popularize, encourage and safeguard a free market economy in Europe and Asia. To ensure, popularize and encourage activities aimed at establishing cooperation and relations between European and Asian entities operating in the socio-economic sphere. To support and develop an innovative economy among the young generation of entrepreneurs from Jewish culture and other cultures in Asia and Europe. To strengthen cooperation between the research and development sector and businesses. To disseminate and spread knowledge about the mutual relationships between science, innovation and the economy. In order to promote its goals, the Foundation offers: Awards and Distinctions - by identifying and celebrating the efforts of individuals and organizations whose services and activities serve to achieve the Foundation's objectives. Training and Encouragement - by organizing and supporting courses and seminars for active leaders in various fields, for teachers and/or educators, as well as for young generations; Networking and Communication - by developing networks that facilitate localization, connection and communication between communities and nations whose well-being is at the center of such initiatives. The support granted under Article 2.4 must benefit individuals or entities that do not have sufficient private or public funding to achieve their objective. The beneficiaries of the Foundation's support will be selected by the Foundation Council, with the support of experts or a council of wise men chosen by it. The Foundation exclusively and directly pursues non-profit goals, without seeking any financial gain. Within the strict limits of its non-profit goals, the Foundation is entitled to collect donations, conclude all contracts, acquire and transfer all rights, in Switzerland or abroad, for consideration or free of charge. It may entrust the management of all or part of its activities to third parties.
