The foundation's purpose is to support any activity: - cultural, particularly the performing arts, music, restoration of historical monuments and objects; - social and health-related, contributing to the well-being of people in difficulty, particularly those suffering from precariousness, isolation, abuse or health problems; - environmental, particularly the protection and observation of alpine sites, lakes and rivers; - artistic, notably related to the training and promotion of young artists, providing scholarships, prizes and housing; - related to youth, i.e. any action contributing to the training and supervision of young people, notably through sports, psychological support and education. The foundation may receive all kinds of donations, including gifts and legacies. It will manage these donations and redistribute them, or their fruits and available products, to recognized public interest institutions in Switzerland and abroad with a philanthropic, educational, social, humanitarian, cultural, environmental or scientific character. The foundation may acquire movable and immovable property in connection with these programs. Its activities will be carried out directly by the foundation or in partnership with local or foreign institutions pursuing the same goals.
