to provide accommodation primarily for: students enrolled in one of the schools of the HES-SO Geneva or registered with institutions affiliated with the latter; students enrolled at the University of Geneva or the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva; pupils or students enrolled in any other public institution with a similar purpose; exceptionally, other applicants for accommodation when justified by public or social interest considerations; to manage, rent, build or acquire housing intended for the aforementioned beneficiaries; to raise funds for the realization of its objectives.
