to operate and maintain a scientific meeting place dedicated to organizing seminars, summits, and conferences, bringing together scientific experts as well as companies and start-ups active in new technologies and the environment, in order to reflect on and implement solutions to the problems caused by climate change, both in terms of its impact on nature and on humans. In pursuit of its purpose, the Foundation operates in Switzerland and abroad. The Foundation is free to organize any event related to its purpose or to delegate the organization of events related to its purpose. The Foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit.
