to provide an adequate environment that enables Swiss and foreign nationals to promote intercultural, intercommunity and interfaith dialogue in order to facilitate mutual understanding and respect for each other, and to advance coexistence in Switzerland, including: organizing charitable, cultural, educational, social, sports, ecumenical and cultural activities; providing for the establishment of cultural, cultic, study, sports, conference and meeting places; supporting and developing means for education; implementing and developing projects to facilitate the integration of expatriates or migrants through the learning of the French language, administrative support and appropriate civic education; promoting sports activities, travel, excursions, studies and research (cf. foundation deed for full purpose).
