to restore, put back into operation and maintain the mills of La Fare located at Chemin des Comballes 3 in Isérables; to conserve and acquire objects and tools related to the mills and cereals; to design and create visits and animations around the mills and cereals; to recreate the wheat to bread oven chain; to acquire buildings (raccard, granary) and land (fields for cereals) related to the foundation's goals; to restore, maintain and highlight the foundation's heritage; in general, to contribute to the development of tourism in Isérables, including creating guesthouses and bed-and-breakfast rooms; to this end, the foundation may receive all donations in cash or in kind, all subsidies and all income that will be allocated to the fixed goals; any lucrative purpose is excluded
