The foundation aims to promote education in Valais or for students from Valais, or even students from outside the canton, particularly through scholarships and financial or non-financial support, tutoring, as well as more generally providing assistance to people in need in Valais, notably through the association Differ'Ensemble. It is authorized to take any action to achieve its goals. The foundation is permitted to provide targeted support to students or pupils in need (financially or educationally) who require financial or other assistance in the field of education or to people in need in Valais (financial, psychological or other distress), notably through the association Differ'ensemble. Furthermore, the foundation may support actions aimed at preserving a quality education system or providing assistance to people in need, providing encouragement or assistance funds in these areas, including promotion, prevention, research, and information. The foundation has a public utility character and does not pursue any lucrative purpose. It constitutes reserves that enable it to continue pursuing the foundation's purpose from the income of these provisions, particularly in the event of a prolonged absence of means contributions. Within the framework of the defined goals, the foundation may operate primarily, but not exclusively, throughout the territory of Valais (for example, through scholarships in Switzerland or abroad). The founder expressly reserves the right to modify the purpose or organization to the extent possible, in accordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
