To provide assistance to the most disadvantaged members of our society, regardless of age and social status, at the foundation's headquarters; secondarily, to provide any legal, medical and social advice to these same individuals. To manage and operate a floating clinic in Myanmar, to finance care and assist in the management of waste and drinking water. To this end, the foundation is authorized to acquire, build buildings, to contract loans, and in general, to carry out all operations necessary to achieve its purpose.
