Fondation Marie Gagné

The Foundation's purpose is to operate, create structures and develop activities in the field of medical-social support for people who have lost autonomy, are suffering from incurable chronic diseases or require related services, particularly in the canton of Vaud. The Foundation will not have any profit-making purpose. The Foundation is entitled to carry out all activities necessary to achieve its purpose, including managing, acquiring or building all buildings, contracting all mortgage or unsecured loans and concluding all useful agreements with public law corporations or private organizations. It may create other foundations or legal entities.
