to provide assistance, through the payment of relief or in any other manner, to unemployed, ill or elderly nurses, whether members of the Association or not, who do not have sufficient resources, such as unemployment insurance or occupational pension benefits or any other form of income; to facilitate the professional reintegration of nurses wishing to resume their professional activity within or outside the Association; to promote the improvement of continuing education for nurses, whether members of the Association or not; in general, to provide for the training of nurses in the form of scholarships or in any other form.
