to help alleviate the housing crisis prevailing in Geneva and the Swiss Lake Geneva region by meeting the need for apartments and villas and facilitating access to property ownership, as well as the construction of rental buildings, with the possible support of the competent authorities and the financial participation of the population. At the same time, the foundation strives to ensure a pleasant environment in the residential areas it develops and encourages the rationalization of the building industry.
