to acquire shares of Rollomatic Group SA (CHE-282.992.255) in whole or in part, to manage them in such a way as to ensure the perpetuity of Rollomatic Group SA and to ensure its development; to acquire other participations, directly or indirectly; to ensure control over the governance of Rollomatic Group SA and to ensure that its operation is continued in the spirit and values of the founder, as per annex attached to this deed; to promote and support education in technical and scientific fields; to allocate, in case of availability, donations in favor of the youth of the region in the fields of education, sports and prevention.
