The purpose of the Foundation is exclusively charitable; it does not pursue any profit-making purpose. The Foundation operates in Switzerland and worldwide, aligning itself with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, to address and remedy environmental threats. The Foundation's mission is to support and implement projects aimed at preserving biodiversity, protecting the environment and animals, raising awareness of environmental issues, and contributing to sustainable solutions. In particular, the Foundation will pursue, without limitation, the following objectives within the framework of its mission: i. Climate security and climate change mitigation initiatives; ii. Actions to address the impacts of drought; iii. Support for the transition to sustainable energy sources; iv. Nature conservation, including the local issue of glacier melting; v. Public awareness of environmental issues through various means, such as online education (digital education); vi. Promotion of sustainable short circuits in food and other sectors; vii. Fight against water, soil, and air pollution; viii. Addressing waste management issues; ix. Prevention of biodiversity loss. The Foundation may undertake any activity, collaboration, or partnership (public or private) necessary to achieve its objectives, always in accordance with its charitable and non-profit purposes. This includes, in particular, the granting of scholarships and research grants to researchers and students in the field of environmental protection, nature, and ecology. The Foundation may also collaborate with the art world to promote environmental awareness through exhibitions, exhibitions, or similar initiatives. The founder reserves the right to modify the purpose or organization of the Foundation. This modification may occur when at least ten (10) years have elapsed since the establishment of the Foundation or the last modification pronounced at the request of the founder. This right is inalienable and does not pass to the founder's heirs.
