The Foundation may support third parties pursuing similar activities. The Foundation may carry out any real estate and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, including acquiring buildings and mortgaging them. It may carry out any operation directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The Foundation has no profit-making purpose and is not of a political, denominational or governmental nature.
