To provide Catholics with one or more structures to enable them to live and spread their faith in the Holy Trinity through the intercession of the Holy Virgin Mary, in respect of Catholic tradition, particularly through the celebration of the Holy Mass according to the rite of St. Pius V. To provide all persons with opportunities to learn, know and deepen the teaching of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, in respect of Catholic tradition. The foundation may maintain and animate places of worship open to the faithful and the public, ensure the maintenance of one or more clergy and auxiliary staff necessary for liturgical celebration, the dispensation of sacraments and teaching, create means of pastoral care, animate charitable works and create, if possible, missionary works.
