To provide support to institutes, new companies, researchers, entrepreneurs and SMEs (natural or legal persons), as long as they are primarily active in research and development in the field of sustainable transition, i.e. all measures and technologies for the efficient use of energy and renewable resources with respect for future generations. This support is of a personal and family nature (in particular for the development of these individuals), entrepreneurial and professional. This support may take the form of provision of integral financial products PFI, loans (in particular participatory loans), purchase of patents (as results of research carried out), provision of risk capital, granting of guarantees, conclusion of life or risk insurance contracts, payments as a grant, proposals for innovative actuarial services or provision (in ownership, usufruct or rental) of buildings serving as housing. In parallel, the foundation intends to engage in favor of peace, in particular by reducing the risks of armed conflicts, helping populations affected by such conflicts and promoting the reconstruction of areas affected by them. The foundation may make available to the financial system instruments related to actuarial practice. The foundation may also intervene in the field of health. The foundation ensures the sustainability of these activities, in particular by establishing rules for shareholder buyback that regulate the perpetuation of activities and the issue of succession risks. It may sign all deeds, conclude all contracts and in general exercise, in Switzerland and abroad, all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose or which are likely to promote its realization.
