The foundation aims to: establish and implement a quality charter Label Nuit aimed at improving the quality of Lausanne's nightlife and promoting, among other things, preventive and risk-reducing measures in Lausanne's public establishments; promote this quality label through an annual event in the form of a festival called Les Rencontres La Belle Nuit, which takes place in principle every first weekend of October; organize Rencontres, round tables, animations, and evenings around the problems, challenges, and culture of the nightlife world; highlight local DJs, artists, and performing arts that will be programmed during the festival, as well as program them on various stages throughout the year, highlighting the quality of local artists; centralize and promote current music on stage, including performing arts, mainly in Lausanne, and in the canton of Vaud; organize concerts of current music on stages of varying sizes, using Lausanne's existing or future live stages; promote cultural exchanges between the different member establishments and the programming of other cultural disciplines within partner clubs (humor, dance, theater, exhibition, live music) to develop interdisciplinary exchanges.
