The founder's intention is to preserve and promote all toys and playful and educational objects, on the one hand, from the collection received by succession and any future development of said collection, information and education through the world of toys. The foundation aims to preserve and promote toys and playful and educational objects of all kinds and aims to safeguard and promote the cultural heritage represented by the world of toys and all educational or similar objects. To this end, the Foundation assumes the costs of preserving said heritage, which will be transferred by the founder to the Foundation. The Foundation may also contribute to other associations or foundations with equivalent purposes if necessary to pursue the Foundation's purpose. Within the framework of the set goals, the foundation operates in the Valais region. The Foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit. The founder expressly reserves the right to modify the purpose in accordance with Article 86 a CCS.
