To provide benefits of a provident nature, in all authorized forms, to employees of various companies of the HP group in Europe who are subject to indefinite international transfers at the request of the employer, and thus contribute to the realization of the HP group's occupational pension provision on an international level; the benefits granted by the foundation are strictly limited to the framework of occupational pension provision for old age, survivors and disability; the foundation cannot assume any other obligations that, legally, fall to the companies of the HP group; in particular, the foundation cannot under any circumstances grant benefits that, by their form or substance, constitute salary-related or similar benefits.
