to promote decentralized entities, in particular through scientific work, various projects or collaborations, and the organization of events bringing together leading personalities from economic, political, academic and civil circles, in a global community of action seeking to improve the state of the world; to represent the interests of decentralized entities, to interact directly or indirectly with decentralized entities and to serve directly or indirectly as an interface or representation between them and third parties; to establish and adopt rules of good conduct that decentralized entities undertake to recognize as having binding force in their relations with each other, with third parties or with the foundation; may hold participations in companies in Switzerland, whose allocation would be exclusively commercial, and abroad.
