to participate in the construction, on a plot of land made available free of charge by the municipality of Lausanne, of an ecumenical and neighborhood center comprising a place of worship reserved for the Catholic parish of Saint-André and the Protestant parish of Bellevaux-Saint-Luc, and meeting rooms made available to the aforementioned parishes and the Société de Développement du Nord (SDN); to ensure its operation; to make the premises available to the population with priority given to the two parishes and the SDN.
