Fondation Pra Bastian

The foundation's purpose is to build and manage, primarily on the territory of the Commune of Gibloux, housing units that are: moderately priced; specially adapted for elderly people in accordance with applicable standards; and equipped with personal assistance services that meet the residents' daily needs. It is specified that these conditions are cumulative. The foundation is of public utility, does not pursue a profit-making or commercial purpose, and does not aim to make a profit. If a public law corporation is legally required to provide services similar to those of the foundation, the latter only intervenes on a subsidiary basis.
