Imperatively: to acquire through a donation and hold the real estate property located at 54ter route de Malagnou in Geneva, named "Centre Religieux et Culturel Hekhal Haness", as well as the furniture, equipment, and installations it contains, to organize, develop, and promote the cultural, cultural, and social activities of the "Centre Religieux et Culturel Hekhal Haness", as well as to cover its maintenance costs, including improvement and conservation, to organize the Sephardic rite of Jerusalem in the respect of the fundamental principles of Judaism (Halacha) but tolerating individual religious freedom of its faithful, a cult open to all Jews in Geneva and in general to the public, to organize cultural, cultural, and social activities of interest to all Jews in Geneva and in general to the public, allowing to make known, deepen and promote the history, customs, traditions, and rites of Sephardic Jews while ensuring their transmission to new generations, to conserve the ownership of the land and building and ensure the perpetuity of the institution by keeping its name and maintaining its form, aspect, decor, and spirit, as the foundation received it, except for just cause. These goals are imperative and represent the wishes of the founder Mr. Nessim Gaon and his late wife Mrs. Renée Gaon; they cannot be modified. To promote other Sephardic synagogues and cultural centers around the world, on a similar basis to that practiced for the "Centre Religieux et Culturel Hekhal Haness", and to support initiatives to promote Sephardic heritage and culture, to support actions to perpetuate and honor the action of Renée and Nessim Gaon, to support the promotion and realization of the Sephardic House in Jerusalem.
