To create a retirement and survivors' insurance system for the benefit of employees and workers of Colas Suisse Holding SA who were previously affiliated with the 'Shell (Switzerland) Pension Fund', taking over the rights and obligations with regard to these beneficiaries-contributors: to protect the company's personnel against the economic consequences of retirement, disability and death. The foundation may provide assistance to members of the company's personnel who are in need due to illness, disability, accident and unemployment; it may also intervene in the event of death in favor of the deceased beneficiary's family.
