Fondation Rifké

The foundation's purpose is to distribute the annual net income from its assets, i.e. the income remaining after deducting administrative and management fees, as well as the charge established below in favor of the founder's daughter due to her disability, and the deduction of twenty percent from the balance for recapitalization, in three equal parts to the Terre des Hommes Foundation, subsection aid to children, in Lausanne, the Médecins sans frontière association, in Geneva, or the equivalent at the Vaud level, the Caritas Vaud association, in Lausanne, possibly imposing a destination for the funds received and their justification (for complete purpose see foundation deed).
