To acquire the majority of shares of GENEUX-DANCET S.A. with the specific purpose of protecting the employees of GENEUX-DANCET S.A. and its affiliated companies from any ownership other than that of the workers through this foundation. It may promote any measure aimed at allowing the employees of the GENEUX-DANCET S.A. group to acquire, in the context of a long-term plan, the shares of GENEUX-DANCET S.A., or its affiliated companies, under preferential conditions and thus strengthen their interests and motivations in the development of the group (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
