to manage and enhance its real estate assets, including those made available by the PAROISSE CATHOLIQUE DE SAINT-JULIEN-MEYRIN, by all necessary means, specifically to manage the rental real estate assets in an efficient and purposeful manner, in line with the goals pursued by the PAROISSE CATHOLIQUE DE SAINT-JULIEN-MEYRIN, and thereby contribute to the financing of the parish's cultural and pastoral activities and maintenance costs; to make the cultural real estate assets available to the PAROISSE free of charge for its pastoral activities (cf. founding act for full purpose).
