Fondation Salvina

The foundation aims to receive, manage and use partial assets (funds or dependent foundations) under a common administrative umbrella, which are dedicated by their donors (donors) through conditions exclusively for public and/or non-profit purposes (in the sense of tax practice) of various kinds, for example (not exhaustive) in the areas of architecture, environment, culture, art, education, health, science, social welfare and sports. The foundation, within the framework of its purpose and in implementation of the conditions associated with the funds, advocates for ecological, cultural, social, charitable, humanitarian, medical, scientific or other institutions or projects (not exhaustive) at regional, national or international level, in all their possible forms. In particular, the foundation can support institutions or projects in the following areas: social, humanitarian, medical and charitable welfare; preservation and promotion of the natural and built environment, cultural heritage and culture; sustainable, social and environmentally friendly innovation of the Swiss workplace and economic activity in developing countries; preservation and promotion of Tibetan-Buddhist culture, namely the preservation of its ethical, religious, scientific and artistic traditions. The foundation represents the interests of nature, homeland, environment and animal protection, which are directly or indirectly related to its purpose or the purposes of its funds, vis-à-vis authorities and other corporations, also by means of association complaints or other legal remedies. The foundation aims to promote donations for public and/or non-profit purposes in general, in particular by offering an alternative to the establishment of legally independent foundations. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purposes. Profit-making purposes are excluded. The foundation can operate within the framework of its purpose in Switzerland and abroad (in particular in developing countries). It is politically and denominationally neutral.
