Providing assistance to the unemployed, either in the form of subsidies to cover daily living needs or in the form of benefits to support their reintegration into economic life; granting subsidies to vocational training schools, such as higher technical schools, CPF (Centre de Formation Professionnelle) or others, as well as to training institutions like IFAGE, management training courses or others; publishing works intended for apprentices (notably industrial technology courses); awarding prizes to apprentices or students for good results achieved in exams; supporting social welfare associations, neighborhood interest associations, professional reintegration assistance associations, holiday camps, disabled children or others.
