In general, the foundation is open to anyone who encounters difficulties requiring coordinated intervention from qualified professionals in the aforementioned fields. This particularly concerns individuals who are affected by health issues, including physical, mental, or age-related disabilities; individuals who are victims of discrimination, notably due to their sex, origins, or religion. The foundation primarily operates in the canton of Vaud.
